LouFest is just about 7 short weeks away (!), so here’s your reminder to purchase tickets (two-day passes or single-day tickets available) to the two-day event held at Forest Park in St. Louis. Actually, there’s more: the schedule of bands — who is playing when, and on what stage — has been announced, and you’ll want to study it closely. As always with any major festival, there are conflicts, most notably: Delta Spirit vs. Future Islands vs. Roadkill Ghost Choir at 6PM on Saturday. Also, note the mysterious one-hour gap on Saturday at 5PM when no bands are currently scheduled. Hmmm.
As Kopecky Family Band, who plays at 7:15 on Sunday once sang, “the glow is coming, we’re almost home.”
