A few weeks ago, Beth Bombara premiered three videos at St. Louis’ Bridge Tap House & Wine Bar in an unconventional way: attendees were led to a basement where they could enjoy each film, shot by Joshua Black Wilkins, inside three makeshift viewing stations. See the photo above — it beat the hell outta YouTube.
There was a live performance later with Bombara and a band, which included St. Louis musician Kit Hamon; the two are featured in the video for “Long Dark Hallelujah,” today’s Jam of the Day. Have a listen/view below.
