God hath smiled favorably upon us today.
Way back in 1994, legendary electronic musician Richard D. James (aka Aphex Twin) was set to release a full LP under the name “Caustic Window.” Sadly the plans were shelved just before the release of Aphex Twin’s Richard D. James Album in 1996, but now, 20 years later, our earholes finally get a taste of what we’ve been missing. One of the four original test pressings of the “Caustic Window” album went up on eBay earlier this month for $13,500, and after some prodding by online electronica community, We Are The Music Makers, you can now download the once lost album via Kickstater.
