Obviously oblivious.

Or obviously amazing, which summed up an unseasonably cool day one of the 2014 Forecastle Festival at Louisville’s Waterfront Park.

André 3000 and Big Boi of OutKast provided the day’s ultimate highlight, operating smoothly while touching every square inch of the stage during the opening “B.O.B.” and “Gasoline Dreams.” While the hip-hop act’s “festival tour” isn’t in support of new material, that fact didn’t ultimately matter: these ATLiens were all aboard with tongues flashing.

Earlier in the day, Gary Clark Jr. played in the light rain, shredding during “When My Train Pulls In” and “Ain’t Messin ‘Round,” while Spoon showed some muscle during their opening “Rent I Pay.”
