Girl From The North Country

This afternoon, the sky ranges from cornflower blue to gunmetal gray with a tangerine line on the horizon. Nashville fades below as the brilliant colors swirl together up above. For a few moments, there is nothing but the wind, my breath and “Girl From The North Country.”
