After a string of packed-house dates supporting Merge brethren Jonny, Jenn Wasner and Andy Stack, otherwise known as Wye Oak, brought their show to Local 506 in Chapel Hill Saturday night, firmly filling the house to capacity. Thankfully, our pretty picture lady captured the moment for all that were turned away at the door, or for those of you thinking about checking them out when they hit up your town in the near future.
The band’s new record, Civilian, made our “Most Anticipated Albums of 2011” list, as well as a spot on our inaugural Radio Cure feature. Make sure to check those out after gawking at the pics below.
